The speaker are actually really loud and clear, so I can watch videos without needing my headphones every time. It also doesn't get hot when I use it for a long time, which is a big plus for me. It's just a solid, reliable device that does exactly what it's supposed to do! The quality truly amazing. I highly recommend it.

I'm giving this MacBook a 10/10 perfect score because the webcam and microphone quality totally changed the way I handle my remote meetings, my video looks so sharp and professional even when my room is a bit dark, and everyone says my voice sounds crystal clear like I'm in a real studio, which is a 10/10 perfect upgrade from my old clunky setup. The build quality is so sleek that I feel extra confident bringing it to meetings and since the battery never get low during my long calls, the condition really great.

I tried to cancel this order, minutes after I ordered it by mistake! Walmart did not let me do this and only cancelled my purchase protection. I tried to contact the seller but absolutely no response from seller. It was just under $400.00 anyway and fed ex delivered the refurbished macbook air a few days later. I have had it now for a couple of weeks. I like it and will probably keep it after all. I also will try to get the purchase protection back if I can. The battery is really good and it was not so badly dinged up for a refurbished computer. The package it shipped in was nicely secured. I only do simple jobs on it like typing letters, sending emails looking through photos and using the bluetooth. Everything appears to be working really well. So far I am happy with this purchase despite wanting to cancel initially!

It's worth to mention that the MacBook arrived in great condition, been using it for 1 week and works with no issues, but I wanted to pointed that if the device wasn't well padded inside my MacBook probably had a certain damage because the box was damage and crushed so I was lucky I guess, thr padded was really good it safe my MacBook.

I was guaranteed a two day shipping, I was quite hesitant but the computer arrived. Upon arrival I notice slight dents that weren't mentioned. I undertsand these are restored so it wasn't much of a problem. While using the battery has lasted me two days which is daily good but it was fully charged and died the next time I tried to use it. Overall I love my MacBook!

I've had my laptops for about 6 to 7 months and in that timeframe, it worked perfectly and all of a sudden out of nowhere it won't turn on without being plugged into the charger and I'm not exactly why it just started doing this all of a sudden, and I don't know how to fix it.
