its small but its looks good.

Looked really good, had a couple of scratches at the top, but other than that everything worked perfectly.

It cuts off suddenly, and it says a system problem. I can't get in touch with the person that sold it to me

Laptop came in good condition, but after trying to use it I discovered the program was out of date. Many apps I tried to download wouldn't let me. I am a fan of Apple products as I currently have a few. I'm requesting a refund this laptop is slow and lacks and a major way. I sent the seller a email I'm just waiting on a response.

Bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas. She has not been able to use it. It won't open any pages or download anything. Very frustrating. TekReplay is hard to get in touch with. Then finally got in touch by email and said they were sending a return label. We just wnted them to fix it.

Nothing works on this MacBook won't load and won't let me download anything.

Only lasted me about a month is use. The keyboard is all kinds of messed up. I regret this purchase.

The laptop doesn't allow me to use or open the mail app, or log into icloud with any problems, it also doesnt let me update to the latest version for this laptop

Product is not in the condition and expected performance level….. I've contacted the seller but no response has been provided with my concerns.

It was refurbished and a 2017 model,apple will not let you do any updates so therefore you cannot download anything on it
