Remote issues
Remote that was included is not functional but the device works with the purchase of another remote.

Not hooked up
So that we do not have a monthly charge. Stlll trying. May have to return. I'm sure the reconditioning is superb!

Remote doesn't work. How is this certified refurbished if the remote comes with it not working?? How did you test that it works. I would like something done about this ASAP

No Go
There are no preinstalled apps on this device like the earlier ones. Take days to install all your apps, Apple is there own worse enemy
