I took a chance on a refurbished Apple Watch from a third-party sold on Walmart's website. It was backed with 90 day return to Walmart and a one year seller warranty. A few days past the 90 day Walmart return window, the screen on the watch stopped illuminating. We tried multiple troubleshooting options, including a hard restart. We've been unable to fix the problem. I contacted the 3rd party seller but have not received a reply from them yet. Im extremely disappointed that the watch stopped working properly less than 100 days into ownership. I hope the 3rd party seller honors the warranty without hassle. As of now, I will give them the benefit of the doubt. It is frustrating to have it break a little over 3 months into ownership.

Supposedly this Item is a “refurbished Apple Watch”, is in Excellent Condition. It is definitely not! 1)Watch band is without and attachment pin. It wasn't even attached. 2) watch band does not click into the watch so it would come off! 3) watch face scratched and obviously this item was not refurbished. This is such a waste of my time and money! Why lie? KISS electronics falsely advertised this product.

This item would not pair with my iPhone. I contacted Apple. I was told I would have to take it to a store to see if they could fix it. I decided I'm just gonna return it. I don't even know if I'm gonna bother getting another one now. Lol. The condition of the device wasn't bad, though only a few marks. two or three, and none on the screen.

There was scratches all over the watch, like if it was tossed around on the ground. It has multiple dents I feel like I got scammed , this was supposed to be a special christmas gift. I am extremely disappointed and unsatisfied.

It says it's in excellent condition but the watch arrived all dented and scratched, this assessment is absurd

Immediately died after linking it with my iPhone. It sat on the charger over night and got to 49% and when I went to open the watch again, it died.

Apple Watch is worn out has a lot of scratches and the lighting is a different color

the watch is broken is does not turn on at all

Terrible product, got it and the button is falling off.
