Though the watch is refurbished, it looked brand new and works perfectly! The features and sleek wristband make this watch a great every day accessory.

Love this watch great for the price works just like a normal apple watch. It does have a few scratches on the side and a little on the screen. But nothing too bad. Battery life is okay but it could be better. Would recommend if you want to try out an apple watch for the first time.

Even tho you can see the scratches around the frame! It was a Christmas gift and he love it! I purchase a product case for Apple Watch and it hidden the scratches! Scratches are visible when you are looking closely up on the watch but since the case over it you can't tell. Thank you ? the watch works perfectly

I would say the watch is good itself. All though it came with a terrible charger. Its good. No scratches. Clean surface. Nice band. I did have a problem updating it. So I wont be able to use it until I get an well working charger.

The watch is good and all it have a few dings on it which was excepted but the scroll button doesn't work on it.. i tried to email them and about it but never heard back

There seems to be an issue with the color on the screen of the watch! It's giving blue and green and I can't really see anything in the watch. When I open apps and such I can barely see them!

Super disappointed. When I received the watch, I noted that the condition of the watch was not at all like new. The description was supposed to be like new and the watch I received had scratches all around the case and included some gashes. the battery was completely dead. It took over an hour to charge. Then I found out that the watch had to be updated, which took two hours. I don't know why I bothered charging it. I'm going to send this back. I was told by KISS to not rely on the descriptions on the Walmart website.
