The watch looked absolutely fresh and new when I took it out of the box—it's barely been used and still looks pristine.

Doesn't Look “Like New”
I didn't expect the product to be so scratched especially when the description said like new. If the description had said good or fair condition, my expectations would've been a little different. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift, but I don't feel comfortable giving it, looking the way it does.

NOT HAPPY AND UNSATISFIED
I understand I Purchased a Refurbished Watch but it came with SCRATCHES ON THE WATCH AND THAT'S NOT WHAT WAS DESCRIBED BEFORE PURCHASING SO I'M UNSATISFIED AND NOT HAPPY AND THE WATCH WAS NASTY AND DIRTY

Far from being “Restored”
Item said may show some scuffs but Wal-Mart stated it would be in like new condition. Item arrived deeply scratched on the housing and case. The crown also has damage done to it as well. Avoid.

Watch battery needs replacement.
The watch is beautiful and looks brand new. However the battery life is at 75 percent so it's ready to be replaced. That will cost an additional $90 at the Apple store ! The watch only holds a charge for about 10 or 11 hours. This is very disappointing. I didn't realize this was a reconditioned watch when I bought it. And the battery certainly was not replaced.

Bad watches
I know the items are refurbished,But to have the batteries on the watches not even lasting A day is ridiculous . The watches has a lot of scratches and damage around the frame.Never again will I buy refurbished electronics. I'm immediately returning them.

Awful purchase.
I should have listened to the reviews. I received the item in a loose zip loc bag. The item itself was scratched and chipped. Similar to ALL of the other 1 star reviews. This leads me to believe the positive reviews are padded and possibly false. I don't know how this is a “pro seller”. I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. I returned the item less than 10 hrs later and it has been 7 days without a refund!
