So far so good! It's been updating for the last hour and a half but other than that came with everything advertised. I thought the charging stand was going to be a cheap plastic, but it is a heavy metal that holds the watch perfectly! Came with 7 bands in total and a charger. 100% satisfied! Will update once I it finishes updating.
Im writing this was so happy to have gotten this after a long wait. My series 3 was getting to where it didn't hold a charge very long. This arrived, charged for about 2 hours then set it up. Battery died pretty quick, but again, I was on it a lot. Well, I've had it not even 48 hours and have had to take it off to charge 3 times. I just went into the settings and I see under battery health that's my battery has a significantly reduced capacity. Will be reaching out for a solution.
I will be satisfied if it charges up since it was completely dead when I received it and it has a few too many scratches on the face and I was supposed to get a like new watch so I'll check out the battery when it gets charged but I'm not sure if I will keep or return it because of the scratches on the watch face and really the battery has to be at least 80%or it will be a deal breaker for me
Watch came dinged up w scratches and bruises but much expected with a refurbished. Battery lasts pretty long, overall I'm satisfied. Hope this built in insurance is as good as the insurance I bought from Walmart which fully reimbursed me when my previous watch was damaged.
My daughter bought this for me for Christmas and this is only my second time wearing it. I had to get the protection and stuff for it and I wore it today and I charged it and it died in a couple of hours. It's not holding a battery no charge and then sometimes it loops a couple of times with the Apple logo, but then it'll finally come on, but the main thing is that it's not keeping in a charge.
I love my watch's design/layout, but ever since I took it out the package, I've had trouble 5 times getting it to charge and sometimes the touch aspect is hard to use. I've changed the charging cord/box and nothing helped, and also made sure the touch part wasn't a setting that could be changed. Other than those 2 things, I love the watch, so there's why the 2 stars.
For a “new- like new” condition I have to say I wasn't expecting such deep damage along the side of the watch & on the dial. ): but over all it seems to be okay. It arrived so dead the screen wouldn't turn on, so after charging awhile I paired it just fine to my iPhone. The battery health on the watch is at 84% which isn't bad for an older watch, but isn't great either. And with it being as dead as it was upon arrival worry's me… I'm hopeful that it will hold a charge & i can be completely satisfied with my purchase.
Watch came okay, the condition isn't as great as I hoped for. Theres a sticky residue or maybe scratches at the top, maybe from a previous screen protector? Refurbished but came with 73% battery health. Anyone who's owned a device knows if it gets lower than 80% it should likely be changed. It took 30+ minutes to power on, 2 and a half hours for the update. Everything runs okay, it's just the battery health I'm having issues with. I shouldn't have to get a new battery put into it because it came this way but it is what it is I guess. It just sucks because whenever I use it the battery drops DRASTICALLY. Like 93% one minute and 87% within the next minute.
Worked great the first day I bought it, by day two it was fully charged and on but the screen is just black. I've tried hard resetting it, powering off and on. (Which is hard to do when I can't see the screen) I factory reset it and it worked for about an hour and went back to the black screen but still feel and hear texts and notifications come through. Just can't see anything.
Thus was purchased for a gift. It was finally taken out of the box today for the first time. We've tried pairing the watch to the iphone and it continues to say the watch requires an update. Several hours later it fails to update. We've repeated this several times and it won't update. Would love some technical support so the watch could actually be used!
