The item is in good condition when I received it, although I was expecting that the battery health would be at a hundred percent and didn't expect that the charger won't be an original. I do like that it has an included warranty. So, all in all it's good!

I'm loving my watch so far. It came just as described. The watch looks great. It's in like new condition with no scratches on the face. The band is new. It's some very minor scuffs/scratches underneath the watch face where the charger connects. It's not visible so I'm OK with it and it hasn't affected the charging. I'm monitoring the battery's life to see how long it will last so far so good . I'm really happy with my purchase. It was easy to set up and establish service with my provider. I am new to having a apple watch, so far I am enjoying the luxury of being able to use it to check my text and answer calls. I have to say that I struggled trying to set it up on my phone but found a way to get it all together. I'm sure that I will be able to enjoy the luxury of using it.

Upon opening the screen is abundant with scratches which are easy to see from 3 feet away. Very frustrated. I'm currently trying to get it to charge but it is not wanting to do that either. I'm hoping it's just completely dead and needs a good charging…otherwise I'll be seeking a refund!

Was supposed to be delivered next day. Wasn't until 3 days later I got it with the band completely the wrong color.

My product arrived but it was not fitting correctly so I had to return the item. Initially the return to store was selected but when I visited the store for return they turned me down saying the serial number and return label is not matching so I have to call customer care for return. Later when I called customer care they sent return label with FedEx which costed me additionally for packing the box. This is absolutely ridiculous without my fault and I had to waste so much of time just to return an item.
