I can't say enough positive things about my Bartesian. It arrived in perfect condition, the drinks are delicious and totally affordable. The capsules work out to about $2.50 per capsule when you order them through Bartesian in the box of 8. No more $20 to $30 per drink for me! Plus, the clean up is super easy.

machine works good once you figure it out. one of the bottles arrived broken.

Makes is of good quality and it is very well made and makes wonderful drinks that my family loves. However it has a defect. I bought it as a refurbished unit. It was defective straight from the box. I have to hold the handle down during the drink mix cycle or it will stop and syrup from the pod constantly runs until it is empty. I tried numerous tips from my Facebook Bartesian group but no resolutions were met. So I have to reluctantly return the unit and start the purchasing process all over again.

Received product damaged. Two bottle's were broken.

I order from them on the 4/1 my order still has not arrived. I was told that the wear house was behind and would get a refund, that was 4 days ago it's not showing either
