Came like new, included case, and charging cable. Purchased for my daughter, she's loving them, battery lasts really well, sounds is great, not even a scratch on them. You would never have guessed they were refurbished, other than the stickers on the box.

Still have them they work great would buy again. They came in great condition with a charger and a case. Love them so much.

It's the real deal the headphones,charger, plus the case and the quality is top tier but if it's up all the way people will hear other than that 5 stars nice deal

They very good they make things you have go by faster and you cleaning you room and you don't want to do it put them beats on and cut you music on it will go by so faster.

Worked for a good minute then the left side stopped functioning, cost of repair is the same price as the headphones so no point. can't return, can't fix, i'm stuck.

It has started having problems. One side sounds muffled the other. Now the charging port isn't working

I purchased this item under the assumption that they were NEW since the description does not indicate otherwise. I received my item today and they appear to be refurbished - I in no way intended or wanted a refurbished item. They did not come in the standard Beat packaging and have notes on the box indicating that they are a refurb. I am requesting a return. But buyer beware. The description should clearly state the items are refurbished so consumer understand what they are purchasing.

Headset didn't include all needed items such as charging cable. I used my own and the battery would not charge even trying several different cables just in case there was some kind of compatibility issue.

i wouldnt even gave a 1 star but had too. only bc this whole Experience trying to get these headphones have been terrible. started out having 2 new pairs of these. and ending up looking a little more into it and seeing studio ones that go over ur ears. so i returned my news one to order these which i thought was over the ears but they are not. they are same ones i had brand new and got for 69. to only return those and otder 2 of these. so i now paided more for used ones that where lidted as something different. will be returning both pairs.
