Was a plug and play system. Very happy with the pre-loaded software. Only way I could tell it was a refurb was the faded marks from the old processor.

I love it the only thing I noticed it gets a little hot when you are just using the battery but no biggie great buy

Product description says it comes with Windows 10 Pro and it can perfectly for five months. Now I get message " your Windows license will expire soon". There is no Windows product key sticker. Found out the version of Windows 10 running is a volume licence version and is meant to run in a Company or organisation where the activation is re-armed on a regular basis . The only option is to pay over $100 for a legit Windows license. Didn't realize until now. TIo

Received the laptop last night and got signed in today and now it says pc/device needs to be repaired.

It keeps locking up. My son can't do his school work on it. Had to buy a new one at Wal mart today. The dell had buttons that didn't respond. Very disappointed. I will take back tomorrow. I just bought it a few months ago.
