runs fast enough my needs even when using my phone as modem.. scratch and sniff to get windows 10 online. came with keyboard mouse and Wi-Fi adapter all work just fine

the computer arrived professionally packaged and was encased in plastic wrap keeping it nice and clean. The process of starting of the computer was easy and smooth, it did take some time for the most current updates from Windows to be loaded but that is part of the process, and also having to activate the Windows software was no big deal either. I can't get over how fast this machine operates. I use to have an Old Hp and it was slow and old, now with this machine it is a pleasure to cruise the net again, plus I am a college student taking online classes so very important to have a working machine and speed is nice to have as well. I would highly recommend buying a refurbished desktop computer from Joy Systems. I also bought the 2 yr warranty for $17 which makes this buying experience even better knowing it is backed by Walmart and Joy Systems....

Going to return item been trying to get it registered for a week. They make promises but so far have not delivered

Came in when it was supposed to. Had to return a different model and doing it through Wal-Mart and being able to pickup this one at the same time makes it so convenient. Computer works great so far. Had a couple of small scratches, but for the price who cares. Good buy so far!

The computer arrived in less time than promised. It sets up very easily and is quite a bit faster than my old one. It remains to be seen if it continues.

Have only had it a week but works great so far. No problem setting up. Included keyboard and mouse are rather cheap but work ok. No other complaints.

I would look and if the computer you want is being shipped from Texas I would find one on Walmart site that was from somewhere else. Had to send the ones from there back. The last one ordered was a Dell Optiplex 390 and that is what they sent, instead of changing my order to a different model. It came from M

I have always favored Dell computers this one is no exception. It is a good computer for the money it runs fast, and quietly. I have had no issues with the computer itself. I did have an issue with Windows 10 in the internet browser with downloads but have since fixed that. I also had a problem with the refurbishment process when I received the computer one of the motherboard screws was loose inside the computer, this should have been checked to ensure tightness during the refurbishment process, otherwise I am satisfied with my purchase.
