I order one and was scared after reading the reviews waiting on mines to come. It arrive as promise and it was sent well packed and protected .All items looked new and the computer speed so far is great new programs was ready to upload. Look just like the picture. I'm just hoping it will last me for a while by it being used if not got what I paid for. I did get the protection plan some days later just in case.

I love my new computer and it came with all the equipment described! Satisfied with this company even though refurbished.

The computer was worth the price for a refurbished bundle package. I did have to call customer support in order to find out how to reinstall Windows Home 10 and Technical support was helpful in explaining how to contact Microsoft. Microsoft explained it's easier to upgrade a used computer to Windows 10 Pro than visa versa just an FYI for those who didn't know. Everything is great with the computer now, no complaints.

This pc is a older model dell some funtions and apps dont run properly on it but if your looking for something cheap to just do a project for work or school then it might be right for you my son has problems getting on ROBLOX.

Not HAPPY AT ALL!!! Screen is an HP screen, not Dell - not only that but looks like its from the early 90's and it has scratches all over it and it is worn out! The keyboard and mouse are no junk no name brands!!! Id rather pay the extra money to get a new one after this experience. I mean, if I kept this I already replaced the screen, mouse and keyboard anyway so now all I need is a tower... What a rip off!!!

If i could give this product no stars I would...... Cheap screen i mean idk what this thing it can hardly make it stand up sent me a wireless wifi usb adaptor and when i pushed it in usb it broke and flew into pieces!!! Dell tower seems to be okay just gotta buy a new mobitor now uhhhhhh!!!!

Package arrived and I plugged it up to see if it work and it didn't power on the wires was incorrect it was supposed to be two day shipping it was more like two week I seen alot of bad reviews but I still gave it a chance I was never not listen this put my child behind with starting her schooling mad

Very poorly packed, the monitor does not turn on, the keyboards key pad does not work, the actual computer powered on but one of the plugs in the back seemes to be shoved an it cant be used. Disappointed and will return tomorrow smh.

The computer is extremely slow. The monitor looks like its 20 years old. It doesn't even have an hdmi port so u can use your TV as a monitor or to use other monitor. Got it so my son could use it for his distance education but it wasn't even quick enough for that.

Received a Samsung monitor that looked like it came straight out of a dumpster the tower was a dell tower that was absolutely filthy! I understand it was a refurbished item but I expected it to be completely dell and expected it to work. The tower would turn on but the monitor would not function at all. Wish I would have read other reviews before making my purchase with roundedsam.
