Better than described. Works great. It has a great battery life. Setup was easy. It has the 256gb as described. I love the extra storage space. It lets me do less transfers to my external hard drive so I can get my downloads quicker. My ASUS only had 26gb of storage after Microsoft downloaded all their stuff. You can download apps from the app store. I use it for all my document writing. It looked new. No scratches or marks. It's just what I needed. Excellent Seller, Speedy Shipping, Awesome Laptop. Even though it is remanufactured; It is in perfect condition, it was a gift for my nephew, and he is enjoying it to the fullest at school

I bought this refurbished Dell Latitude laptop to replace one that was lost and I am very pleased with it. It will be great for work, study, or even just internet surfing.

It seems ok so far. I've surfed the net for a few minutes and so far its not overheating...the color profile is a little off, its not as colorful or as sharp as my last dell and the sound is a little tinney...but so far its working nicely, its fast and its in excellent cosmetic shape. Took over a week to come which didn't make me happy as when you order an electronic you want it fast! But I recommend over all.

so far i like it and its working fine. the only thing i dont like is the battery life. it does not last long at all it might last for 25min fully charges and then the laptop go dead.

I ordered a refurbished laptop for it not to be working, talked with IT and they had me send it back. They received it on the 19th and advised me that it would be sent out on the 22nd. I still haven't received my laptop.
