I like that the size of the screen is the same as my prior laptop. The keyboard is easier to use than my prior laptop and it was very clean. Also, the storage is ample for my personal and business needs.

Looks and works like brand new! LOTS of ports and drives available -- usb (2.0, 3.0); dvd+ drive; sd card and more. Also has calculator on keyboard which accountants prefer. Many features I'm familiarizing myself with (Win 10) after 17 yrs of XP. First time I ever bought "refurbished;" very happy! Great price, too!

I purchased this computer trying to get the best value and I am very pleased. Although the initial start-up required some lengthy updates to Windows 10, I am pleased with the speed and connectivity. The unit appears brand new to me--no visible defects, scratches, etc... I would definitely purchase refurbished products from this WalMart vendor again.

It's refurbished so my expectations were low to start with. It arrived sooner than expected. Initial startup was kind of a pain but since then it's run flawlessly. Vet quick boot time now I'd recommend this product. If I had anything to say bad it was they use u ok s/fed ex. Those are the rudest drivers. Wish I had option to use USPS

I like the large size of the laptop. Great graphics however, will not allow me to connect to my Wi-Fi and the screen malfunctions when angle of screen is adjusted.

Few scratches on the case and 1 key needed to be set.
