the desktop is great, works smoothly. it came with a mouse, keyboard and all the cords needed to make it work. also with the two monitors. shipping was fast. would recommend if you're looking for a desktop, it is refurbished so it will show signs of being used. but it is in great condition.
The computer and monitors were as described and work really good. The package was missing a VGA to DP adapter, but a quick phone call to customer service and that was taken care of and they did not charge me for it. Will purchase another one for my home office.
Would have been nice one display blinked constantly. Was not the display but with external port. Being returned.
The order came damaged with scratches all over the screens and I returned it for a refund. I will purchase my computer in store~!
Does not come with Dell monitors doesn't come with display port cables only HDMI even though the computer uses dual DP cables. Now this is the best part of this entire thing. I would not have noticed this if they did not put these extra stickers on the computer case from their company (you know out a little extra advertisement) In the process of trying to remove the sticker with my knife if went underneath the sticker and I realized that the entire sides of the case is one gigantic sticker... So what I've gathered what they do is the refurbish machines come with scratches on the case and instead of having a better level of refurbished devices they instead cover the entire case with a sticker to match the color and texture of the original metal underneath. It definitely looks a little wonky and I couldn't really put my finger on it until I accidentally clip that little bit. So that means they either one hand cut thief or two they probably have a company that manufacture them this gigantic decal sticker to cover over the imperfection of the machine which none of that stuff is inside a description for the product. So I'm to install this in a business because they need one of the same machines that they already have and that one of these things don't look like the other.
