Very nice computer. Much better than I expected. It was very easy to set up. If I didn't know it I would think it was new. All wires and accessories are with it.

I am EXTREMELY pleased with this computer bundle! It looks new and everything included in the bundle worked. This is probably one of the best $350 computers you could buy! I bought it to use when I visit my Army daughter to care for my grandson when she deploys. I've been using it for three weeks now and have been doing everything I normally do on my home computer. I've bought refurbished electronics three times before and have only been disappointed when I bought them from an independent neighborhood store. I would definitely purchase from Blair Technology Group again!

You get what you pay for. The refurbished option ran slow, would overheat, and 10 months later, has completely died. Just buy a new desktop with a warranty unless you know how to work on pc's or need a temporary pc for whatever reason.

My Dell Optiplex arrived with the Bluetooth driver disconnected and no camera. Very disappointed in this. I was aware it was Windows 10 which loses support in Oct, but I was disappointed in the refurbish process that it was not updated to Windows 11, since this is an easy updated for IT.

I ended up with a very cracked monitor screen...the whole computer bundle was poorly and loosely packed...the mouse is so badly worn out,,,and the monitor cords are not the correct one... I will be calling about my order for a refund....i just hope my computer is not damaged....

This pc stopped working within two months.

It will not do anything but keeps taking me back to set up telling me windows will not load

I regret buying it the computer because everything was dirty, different name, Lenovo on bell parts on it come in a box wrapped up

I ordered 2 of these bundles for my kids for homework. shipping was fine. when I set them up, both monitors were damaged. one the screen barely lit up, and blinked; the other had scratches all over the screen and the image resolution was way off, and the adjustment setting was grayed out.
