i did not receive my wifi usb dongle.

As the old saying goes - You get what you pay for! I bought this refurbished computer for minimal tasks and didn't want to spend too much in the process. I ordered the computer and was notified I would receive it within 3 business days. When it didn't arrive within the stated 'time frame' I gave it a few more days. After two weeks of no shipment or computer, I reached out to the seller, but to no avail did anyone respond. (poor customer service) I finally received the computer and unboxed it I quickly noticed the monitor was heavily scratched and beat up, as well as the tower. It came with no instructions, however; I was able to set the computer up without the instructions. Once set up, I was gravely disappointed to find the computer did not work in the least, and I had no choice but to box the computer back up and return it to Walmart. I ended up buying a 'new' computer with a warranty and will no longer take any chances on refurbished items, nor will I do business again with this seller again.

I've only had this computer for 1 week and all it does is freeze up every 3 minutes!
