The price was right for what I use it for, I have been using it for a week, and I am totally satisfied with it, it does everything I wanted it to do, I do research, and write short stories and it performs exactly to what I was looking for. It's faster than my old one, and everything works on it. It is a Good machine if someone is looking for a new computer but don't want to spend a lot they need to get one like this.

Have had unit for just a couple weeks this far but it's doing quite well with meeting all my requirements as it pertains to performance and getting my work done. Would definitely recommend. You can't go wrong with the OptiPlex line and truly a great price!

The description is inaccurate, there is only one display port, not 2 as the picture(s) shows. Also the computer is a SFF, (Small Form Factor) The description should have mentioned all the connections that were available on this computer.

it's just ok, I'm no computer expert,but I thought it would be faster, but it takes forever to load anything.never could get email to work.some features seem to be disabled. wouldn't buy again .

When I opened the package, I found a tower that looked like it had been dug out of a dumpster. It looked way worse than the 16-year-old tower it was replacing. It also was not like the one pictured in the add (it was the larger 790 tower). That being said, I have had it for 1 month (of light use) and it still works.

PC was good for 1 month afterwards it shut down during use and then it would start back up on its own, it repeats that approximately every 10 minutes or less. I checked all cords and surges. Will not buy again!

I am not impressed with this product at all. It has froze up on me a few times now and wouldn't come back on for a few hours. I may be sending this product back if it does it again. Not too happy about spending $200 and it taking a dump every other time I use it

Before you do anything check out EVERYTHING. Mine does not have a HDMI cable port like it was stated, so i don't even know if it works yet just so i have to get another cable just to make sure it works since Walmart is a 40 min drive for me just to get a single thing it is time consuming

Which with the seller by Discount Computer Depot, seller the Dell Optiplex 790 the ad mention that it was to have 1 TB HDD and to have 8 gb RAM, instead it has about 240 GB HDD and 2 GB RAMS.. I don't know about other buyers from here on the marketplace vendors/seller I tried to get the seller to correct this issue with failure.
