Had to call the company for an adapter for the Dell monitor i already had. Very pleased with the computer and adapter purchase, delivery was quick, set up was a breeze, and very easy to use. The customer service is fantastic.

Screen does a 3 sec blackout occasionally. Applications halts temporally Don't like the USB wireless. There is no disk drive. Should have ordered a better computer. Should have sent it back.

First and foremost most important thing is that to check your items before shipping it off to the customer my Bluetooth device is missing on the computer meaning it's been deleted or it jus was installed the first screen is broken and now I have to buy another one also if you Kant download a Bluetooth device make sure customers have something to connected there Bluetooth devices other than that I would have you a five but nothin was updated or up to code

I bought a computer in 2023 and did not open it until I opened my business last summer only to find it did not work and Walmart nor Computer Discount fixed it. I had to pay Affirm for a broken computer. I mistakenly purchased another one and I was sure it was not Computer Discount I got it home and the keyboard is busted up because of poor packaging.

buyer beware! please note that when you select a monitor size and the price goes up $100, you are not actually getting monitors. apparently you are being charged that price for $20 worth of cords that are not monitor size specific. not worth the price and the deceptive marketing is highly concerning. i expect better from a walmart shopping experience. we need more seller oversight. a comparable tower can be purchased for under $200 and will include a monitor. i am highly disappointed in this experience.
