Restored Dell OptiPlex SFF Desktop Computer Core i5 3.1GHz 8GB RAM 500GB HD DVD Wi-Fi with Dual 19" LCD Monitors - Windows 10 PC (Refurbished)

I loved that it was an all-in-one unit. I needed no extra cords or wires and it was Wi-Fi compatible so I didn't have to run a line to my router box. it even has built-in speakers.

I couldn't get the audio to play. They set up a convienent time for their Tech Support to call me and spend up to 30 minutes resolving my problem ( Operator Error I suspect...lol)

I needed a computer to start working remotely, and this is everything I needed! Shipping was on time, the computer is great works just like it should! I was missing 1 adapter for the second monitor, so I called Discount Computer Depot and they sent me one out for free!

So far, this Dell is working well. It's not super fast and I do have to hit the power button a few times to turn off one of the monitors but for $150 plus tax, I couldn't pass this one up. I have purchased refurbished from Walmart before and had a good experience. I hope this one will turn out the same over time!

first they did not tell me this would be in one very heavy box, I had to have the delivery person bring into my home. i love a dual monitoring system- but both monitors came defective , Walmart is giving me the run around about getting them fixed.

Monitors are outdated. Although dual monitors you can not slide tabs from one monitor to the other as I was expecting in order to utilize both monitors

Excellent shipping. no instructions on set up but on line instructions ok. couldn't get 2nd screen to show game play but i did not contact their technical support. my bad

I am so disappointed with my purchase and refund status. It took every bit of 1 min to take money out of my account and Im getting the run around about my refund...

The brain to the computer wasn't secured it came wide open where I could see the inside. The monitor stopped working a few months after I got it and the computer itself is very slow

Great computer fast every thing you need comes with. just need a printer and you good. You are not going to find a deal like this any where.
