I was nervous to order this and I almost didn't but I'm happy to say it was a great buy and my teenager had been very happy with it!! No issues

I called them and they helped me fix my computer

I was really worried, but so far, the computer has been great. I bought in December, but due to internet issues, we didn't actually start using until the beginning of February. It is now over $100 cheaper, not to mention the warranty is a lot cheaper. I might return and repurchase as ridiculous to pay over $120 more. So far, that's my only complaint. We haven't used long enough to see if other issues. If not for price, I would have rated 5. My son is gaming, we haven't experienced any tech/hardware issues at this point.

Note: Refurbished PCs are always a mixed bag. The problems I've had with mine probablt aren't indictive of what everyone else will get. I've had it for about a week. The headphone jack never worked; No response to anything plygged in. I got a USB to headphone jack adapter, problem solved. the Realtek mini USB wifi adapter stopped working after a few days. thing got super hot in seconds %26 stopped being registered. I plugged an ethernet cable into the computer instead. Those are the only issues I've had with it. it runs Minecraft on lowest settings. Runs rocket league fine. It probably runs most games fine on lowest settings, lowest resolution helps too. Side note: To my surprise audio plays from inside the PC tower! I haven't run into any other issues thus far. I'm very satisfied with this PC.

both were messed up on the inside parts were not in their spots . looks like one is missing stuff to make it run the one that has the parts needed to run doesn't support the games they play online

i haven't had it a year yet and its messed up i got a 4 year warranty and cant even get a hold of anyone to fix it
