Will never look back, much better than gas or elec
Much faster and more powerful than thermal cook devices (gas, electric stoves). Easier to use, can set the cook temperature. Once you are use to this type of cooking device, food will come out perfect.

Workes perfectly and boils a couple quarts of water in less than a minute.

Worked well with my cast iron pan. Not sure that the temperature setting has any accuracy at all, but it DOES allow for changing the actual cooking temperature in small increments which allows for fine control.

Does not work
I should have checked unit out sooner. It does not work, and never did. gives an overheat error within 2 minutes ofoperation
