Poor quality refurbishment
This was a replacement for my lost Charge 5, so I'm very familiar with the device. I set it up, worked fine for a few hours, but then went for a swim and it died. Tried steps to restart, but nothing. My guess is when it was “refurbished” that it wasn't made water tight when putting back together.
