The computer was suuuuper slow and we could only get audio out of the monitor. Customer service was abysmal. Their ‘tech support' only looked at the very basic settings before offering a blind exchange. Instead of exchanging for what I feared to be an even worse computer, I opted to get a refund from Walmart. DO NOT purchase from Certified Refurbished, they have no idea what they are doing and ship very poor quality computers from Canada.
