Great graphics, great speed, looks like brand new, one awesome Gateway Laptop. Can't go wrong buying from this online retailer and super fast delivery, before it was due to arrive.

Very impressed for the price, i bought mine during the sale 4 months ago, so far i haven't had any major issues, minor issues that has occured has been with software only, and was very qick and easy to fix. The graphics is impressive as well as long as you aren't pressing any huge games. The fan is a little loud but not bad, it reminds me that the computer is properly responding to the temperature of the cpu/gpu/ssd which i see fit to keep the computer to last a long while. A good hardware feature i think is great is the ability to accsess the RAM to change if one wishes to do so. Another review will be posted in 1 year as a progess report and i will determine changes to rating if needed. Overall for a budget laptop on the short term i give a 5 star rating as performance for this equipment is good for the price, its unfortunate others have had some shady to bad experiences with this model, hopefully they were able to get the matters resolved.

Doesn't actually come with Windows 11 out of the box as advertised, it's windows 10, you have to download the Windows 11 upgrade. It's a class B refurbished laptop, but barely looks used only minor scratches and scuffs in a couple of places. The screen hinges aren't very sturdy as the screen keeps falling backwards. I put a 2TM m.2 SATA solid state hard drive in the expansion slot on the bottom of the laptop and it was immediately recognized by Windows 10 home. Been configuring and updating the laptop for the last 2 hours, the Windows 11 upgrade is a huge file size. Unfortunately the RAM is not upgradable and the microSD card slot won't recognize anything larger than 512GB as stated, which is unfortunate because I have a 2TB micro SD card from my old LG Stylo 6 smart phone that I was hoping to be able to use as external storage with this laptop. I've got 1.5TB of files on it and will have to transfer it via my USB microSD card reader to the 2TB m.2 SATA solid state hard drive that I installed in the expansion slot; which sucks cuz I was really hoping to use that for all of my Final Fantasy 1-9 steam games and the Game Creators - Mega Makers Pack which is 6.8GB of files alone but whatevs. So far so good though. Hopefully Windows 11 upgrade works good.

Dented, Scratched and Scuffed! Looks like it was thrown about and sandpapered! Very clearly was done with a Dremel tool. Why on Earth would anyone sell this as "refurbished"?! Battery only lasts a couple hours and NOT the quoted time as advertised by manufacturer. Pretty much everything is wrong (except it did work) with it. No paperwork, poorly packaged and not original. Reviews of the company did not look good on google. Just avoid this at all costs. Not a good deal. You cant just place beat up garbage in a banged up box and say it is refurbished!

Had to send right back as wifi card was defective. Wound not connect with Windows or Linux. Very disappointing.!

Did not work, battery did not charge, had to return same week.

It seemed too good to be true, and it was. After a few days I tried to use the "z" key and it didn't work. I was so imprsessed with it otherwise I figured I wouldn't need that key often and would keep it anyway. But I figured I'd better check the rest of the keys and found several other with the same defect. It's on the way back to the ''rebuilder''.
