I absolutely love it. It's bigger then my current laptop. It is refurbished so I didn't expect everything to be perfect the sound seems like it's from a dollar tree speaker so that part didn't get fixed which is fine I can manage.

It arrived when it said it would. It's in great condition. Every thing seems to be working properly.

It came perfectly without any issues. It is a very lovely computer. My mother loves it.

The laptop arrived in two days and was packaged nicely. It looks great. There aren't any scratches or marks on it. The computer booted right up and is working well. The one issue I'm having with this Gateway laptop is that the fan is really loud. I notice it the most when I'm charging the laptop. It gets really warm too. I've owned laptops since the 90's and I have never heard a fan this loud. Is this normal with Gateway laptops? I'm a little nervous to keep it b/c of this issue.

the hardrive was trash. had s new hardrive installed with windows 11. Best buy did the work. They also had to clean the laptop and sold me a charging setup. My output was around $240.00. walmart advertized this oroduct ss refurbished. we could not even boot the product.

it didnt even last a week...ll it does is just sirs and rebbots its slf...cant even reset.. will never buy gateway again
