Not great
The cooling doesn't get cool unless your down to 65. The mold is crazy. I clean it all the time and it's horrible. The noise is quite. I didn't use the heater this winter because it didn't really get cold. Am I having the only issue with mold on this unit Model : AHE12DXL2 Serial : GS004730M

AC unit purchace
Unit arrived, box partially open. Open box %26 found plastic cover on left side broken. Metal case, left bottom side bent in. Wanted to return for refund, after all it. Was $455.00 .. how much hassle was it to return %26 would I actually get any refund???

Bad heat pump
The ac had a Heater too. The ac was refurbished. It was suppose to be certified to work properly. But the heat pump on the unit Darley put out any heat all all. I let in run in my kitchen, the size of the room is 196 square feet. It ran for two hours and only heated up my room by one degree.

Arrived Damaged. Takes FOREVER for refund.
The AC unit was dented on 2 corners and the front grill shattered all on the front.
