Great phone I live how you can flash a different operation system to these pixel phones. Which gives you a whole lot more security than the os that comes pre installed whether that be APPLE OR ANDRIOD. Apple phones don't allow for the user to do such a thing but phones running android can if they have the hardware requirements and the pixel has the specs I need to run graphene os and you own it outright. Great phone definitely can't get better price than what i got it for and the thing looked as new as the last pixel 7 pro I bought brand new and works as good as my iPhone 15 pro max,

I received a phone from you guys today and after switching all my information over I noticed that the speaker sounds distorted. I had the same exact model phone with the same ringtone before I broke my screen and they sound completely different. Also when using speaker phone you can barely hear the other person when my other phone is loud and clear. I tried sending a message through the contact seller option but it keeps giving me an error message and it's not giving me the option to initiate a return. How can I exchange this phone for another one?? Will change my rating when this issue gets resolved because other than the speaker issue everything else was great

The idea that this is refurbished is a scam. This phone was just bought from somewhere, not checked, and shipped out. Mine showed up with a bet sim card tray, an internal malfunction preventing cell service connection (antenna issue), the paint around the charging port had been stripped away, the phone was dirty and sticky from the last owner's case, and it still had a screen protector on it which featured random hairs trapped underneath. Contacted their customer support but they, of course, just told me to start a refund. DO NOT BUY
