There are no photos of the exact phone you are buying, it didn't have that many scratches, but I would like to know exactly what I was buying. Great screen and battery health, very good warranty too. In the end you can find a phone on Facebook marketplace of the same brand but of a better model, like the "pro" for the same price as buying a "standard" one here. But not with the same guarantee of not being scammed.

Ordered an unlocked phone and it's not actually unlocked

This is the second phone that has had to be returned for different reasons. So I don't think this company really understands reconditioned like new.
