Works great very satisfied

*I am a walmart employee at the store level* This is the third renewed HiSense ac unit we have bought . It came in like new condition. I would never even be able to tell it was a refurb if I dident know . Love Hisense ac units the app is fantastic and we completely automate them on a schedule. 10/10 would recommend .

Works great, feels great, instructions were super easy to follow. I bought this refurbished, it had a small dent on it, but on the back part that sits outside so it wasnt a big deal at all. My only complaint is the dimmer, it just turns all the lights on or off so its hard to tell sometimes if its on. We keep it on Eco, so it stays on for the most part. The Eco works great, have it set at 71 and it kicks on and off perfectly. Definitely worth the price.

Does what it's suppose to do and that's all the matters.

If your putting it in a very small, well insulated room your good. This one doesn't have the heater on it. I would definitely go with the upgraded one with heater and it's bigger. This was my fault for not checking for the heater. However, I did think it would push a lot more airflow.

Remotes on both units don't work .

When I purchased this item, the retailer was Walmart, not a 3rd party. The item arrived dirty, stained, leaking green fluid, and missing parts. The front panel looked new, but the entire body of the unit was stained yellow. Underneath the body was leaking oxidized coolant which had turned green. The rear coils were damaged in multiple places and ripped out completely in some areas. Lasty, the unit was completely unsafe, because the top mounting bar was missing from the box. Without this the AC would have fallen out of my window almost immediately. What a disgrace to ship an item in this poor and unsafe of a condition. Item description is a lie stating: "Manufacturer refurbished in Like New condition". Thank you for wasting my time Walmart

i installed the unit 3 days ago and its been running since and its still hasn't cooled off it is set on high, cool 61 degrees and the air doesn't even feel cool i know i bought it refurbished but for over 200 dollars it should cool the room
