Desktop computer arrived early. Was in great shape. Very clean. Automatically started updates to Windows 10. Had a better than avg video card. Memory and other features were as described. Is a very good alternative to full priced computer.

Had to reset the system to initial Windows settings. Who ever configured it, configured it as the "Administrator"...so saving or loading of software was blocked

Purchased this as a gift for my son for Christmas whose been asking for a desktop for a few years , only to be extremely disappointed! I knew the device was refurbished but it should not be priced at over $300(more like $100 if that)The monitor had a crack on the screen the keyboard letters which I knew were once white were bright yellow. The hdmi cables were placed in a zip block bag. For the amount of money you guys are charging I would expect better quality. It's sad and unfortunate but a lesson was definitely learned. I bought my son a new desktop paid a little bit more but definitely worth it ! Hope this review will prevent someone from experiencing this as well.
