I have had good experience with two HP PCs, since I decided to no longer assemble my own computers about 10 years ago. I was some what hesitant to buy a refurbished PC. I am glad that I overcame my hesitation and bought it. It showed up at a nearby Walmart 3 days earlier than promised. It was well packaged and undamaged when opened up. It included a keyboard and optical mouse, which was not mentioned in the ad. I bought the model with the Intel i5 processor, lots of memory (8GB) and a high capacity 2TB hard drive. The windows 7 authorization went well. I successfully installed Microsoft Office and Visio 2007. The windows updates (over 250) went slow. I am getting ready to install Norton Internet Security and transfer my user files from my old HP to the new HP computer. So far its looking good.

Well setup, excellent condition. It was as expected.

I ordered warranty but I got no proof yet!

Everything set up perfectly. This is a great value.

The computer arrived on schedule. Everything was in the box as advertised and looks brand new. Set it up and plugged it in. I had no trouble and the unit is very quiet and operation. However the new Windows 10 will take some time to get used to . I was able to purchase Microsoft Office online and I we'll have to learn more to get used to that program also. All in all I'm very pleased with the purchase the price and the operation.

All advertised features operate perfectly! New, comperable, HP units priced out at $600-$700 This unit s: $250! Worth taking this chance!

Received the desktop quickly before the estimated delivery date. Start-up was smooth and easy. No problems so far. The Keyboard and mouse was a nice addition.

I was trying to be economical and get bare bones. I had purchased refurbished before but I think it is a gamble. The unit I got is not reliable. I spent too long trying to figure it out myself and now the time to return is over. You do not get a 90 day return for this! So now, I am stuck with it. I should have paid about $100 more and purchased something more reliable.

Hard Drive is also noisy. I also was never emailed the 3-year service warranty I purchased. If these problems are resolved I might then have a more favorable review.
