Shipped vert fast! Everything was packaged extremely well. Was extremely impressed with how easy everything was to put together and the instructions that were included. And that all the cords came with the product - so I didnt have to go out and by anything. My son is just getting into gaming and was so excited. I would definitely by from this company again.

I ordered this desktop PC so that I could use it as an alternative means when working from home; and I was pleasantly surprised by how fast it was delivered. I got it within 3 days of placing my order! My desk is a bit on the smaller side; so I just used my JBL speaker instead of the ones provided to save space; looks like a new desk is in order😅

Wouldnt even boot up. Said no vga signal found even though i tried both connection methods. It just kept beepibg then the cpu fan co.mes on way too high.

i didn't receive the speakers that came with computer 😞

The monitor you get is not “new “ like stated in description. This pleases to lose be refurbished. I'm assuming they didn't list brand in description because they send what is available and not what is in the picture. Keyboard mouse and pc is accurate but not holy at all with Monitor I received. It also does not come with. Stand

The back of screen was very damaged and scratched up which should have been shown in description or pictures before purchasing it

I do not recommend this purchase. It's been nothing but problems since we received it. Refurb is NOT the way to go.

Has Windows 10 home edition, unable to update, only if I purchase $99 update plan. The unit I have runs Windows 10 Professional, and it has DVD/CD, and much better features. Cannot run Windows 11 updates, security software, TDS, or anything else. Flags red and states unit is over 10 years old and is unable to accept updates. Also the LED keyboard is cool but unable to see the letters when lit up.

The entire package was delivered to my door. As I opened it up and set it up it was discovered that the back panel of the monitor was completely missing so the monitor was not stable. I plugged it in just to discover that the screen was busted as well. I was sold faulty equipment
