Terrible service. Buyer Beware. They sent us a faulty IPAD that had a bad touchscreen. Went to return it and they took forever to respond. Finally was given instruction to return. They have had the item since 7/1/2024, its now 17 days later with no refund. Walmart said they are taking action, but it seems they are only emailing the company as well. We're being told that since the company is short staffed, it takes longer to issue refunds. Walmart had to intervene and refund us the money
