Great purchase, fair pricing, arrived in a reasonable time as stated it would. The phone is great. No scratches everything is functioning properly as should. I would certainly purchase from them again probably sooner than expected cause my son just asked for a new phone
I didnt like the packaging, but the phone was in good condition and i had no problem with putting my sims card in this iphone from my other iPhone. I recommend to buy!
I ordered this for a replacement for my 85 yr old Momma and it has held to all you said it would. I received it in a timely manner and with no surprises of additional damage other than what was noted in the ad. I would definitely refer this group to anyone looking for an upgrade or replacement but can't afford the wholesale cost. Plus, in these times, why pay wholesale whether you can afford it or not. Buy refurbished from reputable companies. Like Betco Sales.
I ordered the green phone and got the gold one. The phone is in good condition and has a few hairline scratches but nothing to bad. I chose to get the 65 Gb but got the 256 gb so definitely not complaining. The battery health was also at 75%. The phone is a good upgrade from my old one.
The good: Cell phone did come unblocked as advertised, and the settings confirm it is indeed a 512 GB memory. the color looks better in person (got midnight green) than it does on the website. So far everything seems to be working smoothly. the bad: the phone for sure looks used. it was claimed to be grade A refurbished, i would say maybe grade B. there especially were marks on all the edges as if someone had dropped or scratched the phone multiple times. none of them were on the screen though, and looking at just the front or back of the phone it looks fine, but if you look at the edge you can see some chipping/scratching. Also there were some delays in it getting to me, it was supposed to be 2 day shipping but i think it ended up being around 4 days (though that may have been a FedEx issue that the seller had no control over, idk for sure). overall it still seems to be a great deal for the phone for that much memory. i dont mind the scratches myself since it does not interfere with how the phone works, but it may make a difference to others.
Overall, this phone came in on time and is in excellent condition I honestly would give this IPhone 11 Pro a 5 out 5 but the tiny scratches and scuffs on the bottom of my screen is a bit of a problem for me. Other than the scratches this phone is in Great shape!
I can't hear holding phone to ear but works fine with speaker phone. Volume is turned all the way up and I can't figure why it sounds muffed, very low so I have to use speaker which is inconvenient when having a private or sensitive conversations. Frustrated to say the least to get it all set up and realize it's flawed sound/volume or whatever it may be because all else good so far expect that and I'd like to have privacy.
I bought this in “like new condition”. It connected just fine and worked great for ONE DAY. It wouldn’t turn on the second day. Used Apple chargers and everything. We’ve tried everything. It still won’t turn on.
The phone was in good shape … how ever the battery life on it was terrible.. I hope the vendor selling these reaches out to me so he can send me out a new one because this isn’t Walmarts fault this is a third party contract company
Ive been trying to call people and they can not even hear me. I even tried to voice record my self and i couldnt hear anything except me blowing into the mic i am highly disappointed in my purchase i will not reccomend to other people and i will be conducting a refund this is not OK at all Bad for your business
