Didnt even last a month
Bought this phone for my daughter for a first phone back in October to give to her for christmas. She hasnt even been using it for a month and the phone shut off while using it over the weekend and now wont turn back on and we try to hard reboot it and it wont let us. We have tried multiple chargers, it charges (shows the red light but wont turn on) for about 30ish mins then the light turns off, we try to turn it on again and it just keeps saying DEAD BATTERY, we have tried this multiple times with no luck. I've written the seller 2 times so far, waiting for a response back and hoping to either get my money back or a new phone. This is ridiculous.

Incorrect Advertisement
Description reads "New phone, open case...in Brand New Condition." This was completely false, as the phone came covered and caked in dirt in every crevice-so much that the charging port cover wouldn't close all the way. Messaged seller, asking why they advertised incorrectly, and what they will do to make it right. No reply.
