It had a bad battery in it when I got it and the wrong charger when I got it . I got a new battery for it and a new charger and it doesn't still work .

Not happy!!!
I was sent the wrong product. I received a refurbished Dell Latitude. Not even close to what I ordered. I did not know all the computers were refurbished. I went back to look at the description details, and it was listed in the very last line. This should be better noted since I did not know that it would have been refurbished. Furthermore, I did not know the product was coming from Dicount Computer Depot, that only sale refurbished computers. I thought I was ordering a Walmart product.
