screen has light barely visable scratches, not bad at all. Im surprised how well it works , fast and smooth. On volume i give it 6/10 but my brother who im giving it to for Christmas always uses earbuds so not an big deal...i dont think you can get anything better for the price..

Your delivery agent (UPS) is VERY bad: repeated problems with deliveries. It is a signifcant factor affecting if I order from Walmart, or other merchants that use UPS

when i first got this tablet, i was thrilled. lenovo is a great brand and the first couple of days it was fabulous, great display, great sound so videos and shorts were excellent. it kept updating to get the apps in my phone to mirror the tablet. unfortunaty it seemed to get bloated as it installed more and more apps. it started slowing and by the 4th day it would barely load after a reboot. i even reset it to factory. it did not help at all. it would take an hour to load FB. it became so frustrating that i had to return it. i firmly believe that the daily security updates had plugged up the operating memory. i even reset it again but when it was ready to power up again, it took even longer to boot. it was too, difficult to fix, too slow to boot, i never saw it stop circling and just gave up.wiped it and started a return.
