The only real thing, I liked of the Xbox One controller, was the shipping time. The controller, while it has an active look, I expected the buttons to be in much better conditions, since it should of been fully refurbished and certified. The buttons malfunctioned from the very beginning and, I am not sure what to do? Do these refurbished controller come with a warranty?

Not the best experience, was shipped in a small cardboard box without any bubble wrap or protective padding, also there was no mention that the right stick drifts up a bit and the D-pad down button gets stuck often too, I understand it's refurbished but these are fairly serious issues affecting functionality that aren't just cosmetic and are basically unacceptable, definitely not for that price.

Had issues with the buttons and joystick. Returned item.

2 buttons didn't work!!!! Don't buy just spend the extra 20$ for a new one

it doesnt work. put in nee batteries and it wont come on.
