I really had no problems and was very pleased with my order until I got to the bottom of the box and there was still no controller to be found... it is mentioned in the description it should include it. Other than that it works, I just may have to buy a controller or two.

The staff was very helpful. The convenience was nice. But waiting for the refund is not to my liking

The controller looks cordless but it's wired

My console has a password on it that I can't even use my Xbox . I called to what I could do they said they would send me a packing slip to send it back and would replace it but never received it . So I'm paying for my console monthly and have something I can't use

Its missing a cord and the box is cracked

never got my package. i jeed to stary a claim on a missing package. i am disappointed with the carrier for not following my instructions on where to place the package.

Sent used, not refurbished. Someone else's account is on it. Cannot access due to parental controls.

The video game came with the wrong controller, I contacted the seller but he didn't respond.
