The controller works well, most of the time. Sometimes it will have a delayed reaction to my action and cause errors in my game. Especially when fast reaction is need in games like wrestling and shooting games.

Box is messy, bought this for my husband for Christmas! Won't know until then how well it will Work, if not I'll be sending it back. I didn't realize it was refurbished or else I would have ordered a new one! Thank you

Couldn't even connect to my Xbox. The pairing or connect button is flush with the surface of controller so it cannot be pushed. Started return with Walmart, which is obviously automated. Instructed to return to store but store said I had to go through seller. By now was past the 30 days and seller refused refund. No more third party sellers for me. Have yet to find one that cares about my experience or the integrity of their product! Very sad, indeed.

This refurbished controller (for which I paid $56) was not refurbished very well. It is missing a piece inside that connects to the battery. We could not make it work and even took it to a video game store to try to get it fixed but even they could not fix it. This was a fil.

65 bucks!! Think you would get a decent product. Top two buttons didn't work out of the package non responsive

defective out of box. seller refused to fix or return. Burn your money it's faster way to get rid of it.
