Awesome a/c!
I love this particular air conditioner. The U shaped is awesome to keep the noise outside. I could care less about opening the window, but i guess it's useful if you needed to. I have 4 if these units if different sizes throughout my house and garage. The app works well and it's handy to see and adjust the temperature.

Amazing for apartments
I bought one last year from Home Depot for 359 tax , I was concerned because I never heard of that brand. I highly recommended specially for apartments because the window it is almost close; the unit is very quite it have a remote but I can control my kids and mine from my phone . I got this one from Walmart factory refurbished. And in a week I can't tell no difference between mine and the new one. Is not a noisy unit that definitely I love. You can turn of the lights if they bother you. Easy to instal, at least for my husband and I. Our second experience!

part time worker
the Unit screws up every once in a while. Have to shut it off and restart it and works for a couple days and got to do it again.

Nice shape for a single room
I love the shape and way this unit fits in the window. I think at 8000 btu it is not very powerful and blows minimal air. Good for one room.

Refurbished unit did not power on
The unit did not power in when I received it. I am returning for another one and will update my review when I receive it. I also had some insulation foam missing from the box, but I suppose that is not unexpected with a refurbished unit. Some parts came pre-assembled as well.

arrived faulty
it arrived faulty - when turned on it runs for a minute and then displays error code PC 04 and found online it means a inverter compressor drive error.

Do Not Buy Refurbished/ Warranty DO NOT COVER
used the AC for 1 mth Compressor died, so mow its pushing Hot Air. My Warranty Do Not cover Refurbished AC
