Looks used but great price
Great deal but it definitely shown signs of use.

Did a whole lot of nothing...
Excited to get a dehumidifier on a larger scale like this one. Upon arrival, looked brand new with very minor scuffs to the interior bucket but I didn't care since that's where the water goes. 3 days of using at 70 RH with rainy days, it did not pull in a single drop. At first i thought I was doing something wrong but alas, the item seemed to be defective. My cheap knockoff dehumidifier pulled more liquid than this... If you intend to buy a refurbished, please make sure to keep the box in case you need to return. Would have loved to keep it has it worked but no such luck. I'll look for Amazon's Prime Day this upcoming week to purchase a brand new one instead.

Arrived DOA
DOA. I've never had problems with buying refurbished but this arrived dead. Won't turn on. Tried several outlets. Might have just been a fluke but can't try it as it won't turn on.
