The “new” 3ds was pictured but I got the old 3ds. It was in good shape if you are looking for an old 3ds.

They don't send you a New Nintendo 3DS XL like shown in the picture. Not even a Nintendo 3DS XL like stated in the title. No, they send you a Nintendo 3DS LL. A dirty Nintendo 3DS LL can play DS and 3DS games, but not 3DS XL and New 3DS XL games. This os not what I paid nearly $250 for.

I was sent the wrong product and when I reached out to try and resolve the issue no one ever got back to me so I had to return it for a refund

The item we received was the Japanese version not the American version of this item as the images show at the time of this review. Called the company directly and was assured that the correct version would be sent to us by the date needed (birthday gift). We were asked to also send an email with images to prove we received the wrong item, which we did while we were on the phone with them. A few days passed and no other communication had been received so we called them back. We were given the same information again, but that we should also contact Walmart for a return if we needed to purchase a different gift. One full week later we had not received the correct item nor any further communication. Reached out to Walmart who finally got the company to admit that they don't have the correct item that was advertised. We would have just returned the item had they been honest with us a week ago and would not be writing this review. They had very poor customer service and should not be trusted.
