Perfect works as intended

The controllers were both as advertised, in good working condition, and performed well.

Took a chance with this used product. Overall it is still functioning well which is why I'm deciding to keep it. However, the aesthetic condition is a bit of compromise to fully accept because of permanent stains (pinkish on the buttons) and the body overall is dirty white. I tried some wipes and mild detergent but so far none works.

There is nowhere in the description that explains that this remote is used. When I received it and it was in a Ziploc style baggie inside of a box I was shocked. If I wanted a used one, I would have visited my local GameStop.

Pro it was dirty in bag and needed to be cleaned. Sad.

We were excited to receive our remotes only to get something that has been used heavily. They were dirty, chipped and scuffed. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Will never order again. Should have looked at Amazon as my choice.

It arrived disgusting. It was sticky, the area where the cord plugs in is full of lint (?). I opened the battery compartment and it looked like someone bled into it. It is ridiculous. Will see about returning.

The control plastic is brown and faded. The ports for charging at cobwebs and dust in them. Product looks like it was used for years.

Controller written in Japenese.. Battery acid residue inside battery slot. Not able to use.
