The console didn't change language but I was able to return it

Came in, nothing was missing, everything works, although the Wii U that came in was the 32 GB model and not the 8 GB advertised, but I'm not gonna complain, and I wish it came with the av cord

Can't play because last person's account is still on and they have a parental control on so I can't even factory reset it
