Restored Oculus Go Standalone Virtual Reality Headset - 64GB Oculus VR (Refurbished)

I ordered two of these as a gift to my friends and when I received them, each one did not come in an official box. I'm really upset about that. I've received other refurbished products in the past with an opened official box or similar. Considering that this is a discontinued product, I think that should be mentioned in the description. Now I'm worried that these may or may not work.

There is absolutely NO paperwork, how-to manual, packaging, etc... included. You will have the VR set, joystick, VR cushion, joystick lanyard (un)carefully wrapped in plastic wrap. I recommend waiting until you can find the Oculus elsewhere.

They only sent the headset and charging cable and neglected to send the controller, which makes the entire thing useless. I expect some tradeoffs when buying refurbished items but to simply not include a critical part is simply unacceptable.

If I only got a cable charger I would know how it works.
