This product was amazing for the price. For $200 (and being refurbished) I was expecting scratches or at least for it to look used but it's as if it's brand new. This was the best price I could find nearly anywhere in stock, I would highly recommend purchasing here. It also got here within 1
It was a hit for Christmas! Original box and packaging and my son is the happiest on the block! Lol. I actually came back to buy another and they were sold out but so far, so good.
This is probably the best deal for the Oculus Quest 2. There are no signs of it being used before. It works great and looks brand new. Again fantastic bargain. You cannot buy an Oculus on EBay right now in this condition for less than this price. It was packed very well and arrived on time. I think the only thing to note is that the battery was completely dead when I got it. It took a while to charge it fully. I expected it to be at least partially charged when I got it. I think it might have turned itself on in the box.
I love the Oculus Quest 2, it is very easy to operate. I would suggest purchasing either the link cable to connect to the computer, or Virtual Desktop app. and rechargeable batteries for the hand controls. Cons: You will have to purchase virtual desktop to access steam and you will need a Facebook account to complete some of the setup. Caution : IF YOU DELETE YOUR FACEBOOK ACCOUNT YOU WILL LOSE THE PURCHASES FROM THE OCULUS STORE SITE. I would suggest to use steam for VR purchases. Pros: The Oculus Quest 2 has better graphics and sound the the Rift D. The Oculus Quest 2 is cheaper price, but it has all the same features.
When I got a gaming pc back in October, there was one thing missing that would've made my experience way more awesome and it was a VR headset. I heard a lot of bad stuff from Oculus and Facebook, especially refurbished products. This came in brand new and working like as if it was never used! Everything from setup to linking on my PC and has fanstatic visual quality. I haven't been so amazed by technology since the Wii came out and this was a lot of fun to use and has plenty of games for the PC via Link cable and the quest itself. I highly recommend this storage space if you plan on playing for Steam or just solely for Resident Evil 4 VR.
this is the 64gb refurb. it comes with a glasses spacer and a silicon face seal. it only has 3 pupilary distance settings, the middle is 63 aN LARGEST IS 68 idk what the small one is, probably 58. so if you arent in upper 50's to 68 pd you simply cant view with this. if you dont know what PD is, dont buy a vr headset. 199 is the best price you'll get. best option if you're mainly running oculus link from a beefy pc, and wont be using the onboard storage much. you WILL NEED an -ACTIVE- USB-c to usb 3/usb c cable and proper usb c or usb 3.0 ports on your pc. if this is for a kid, spring for the ones with more storage. if you're an adult with little knowledge of troubleshooting and researching computer stuff, just get the larger ones. if you're tech savvy and an adult, get this one. you dont have to pay 1-2 hundred extra on storage you dont need, and can find active usb-c cables for ~20 bucks that meet or exceed the specs of the name brand oculus link cable which is NOT INCLUDED. you may also have to pay 20-25 on the oculus virtual streamer app, which you must buy on oculus to get the proper version, but this allows you to use WIFI instead of the link cable. both have pros and cons for your use case. RESEARCH FIRST. the quality of the display is a bit low res and low-viewing-angle compared to more pricey sets, but the screen door effect is GONE. this really does eliminate screen door, at the expense of having to use oculus software for functionality and having a bit of a lower res, also the onboard processor cant fully utilize the 120hz or full resolution, so those specs only matter if you are linked to pc.
First off, I purchased the Oculus 6 days before Christmas on the 18th. Walmart had guaranteed delivery by Christmas Eve, that didn't happen and their way of fixing the problem was giving me a "spend 25 to get 15 off" promo code. Why guarantee delivery if you can uphold that guarantee? Secondly, when my child's only Christmas present showed up a couple days later, we couldn't charge it. The charging box they sent in the box is definitely not a charger for the US. We used another Type C charger we had on hand and it takes forever to charge it. It would have been nice to have the correct charger so it would charge easier. Lastly, my child and my entire family LOVE the Oculus. If it were not for the broken promise and charging box from a different country, I would have given it a 5 star review.
horrible blurry mess, with settings dialed in properly and lenses cleaned carefully it still looks like the lenses are covered in Vaseline. step down from almost any other headset I've tried. at least the controllers arr better than the old ones. it works but it's not enjoyable to use in the slightest.
buyer beware! quit working. tried to return but it was 5 days after the window for returning. wouldn't recommend! good way to make money off of detective produts!
Item didn't work, did all the steps to use it from app, but headset was stuck on first step, it was a terrible buy a waste of money, but most of all my daughter couldn't use her Christmas gift.
