OK, while I'm no expert, I wanted a fast, reliable, and tablet that would allow me to have a cup of coffee, and pay off my bills once a month. And this Onn does so with flying colors. I received it within days of ordering it, I set it up, down loaded my banking app, and all my apps for my monthly bills, the tablet installed them neatly and quickly, and within minutes I was ready to go. Now, with that being said, this tablet is strictly dedicated to bill paying, and bill paying only. NO internet, NO surfing, NO goooglling, NO facebook, NO tiktok, NO twitter...NOTHING!! EXCLUSIVELY bill paying dedication. I will only pay bills on here, and I will not take a chance of spy ware, malware, or any other way to contaminate the tablet that I will be using to pay my bills. And look at the price. The price is amazing

Excellent graphics and display, smooth wifi connectivity, plenty of memory, easy to set up and use... Very pleased with the quality and durability of the product.

I love my tablet. The only thing I would have loved to do is download my contacts from the cloud. The tablet that it copied from either didn't have the contacts entered or they didn't come thru. And now I wish I had written them down!! Also the sound is MUCH better than my kindle fire.

Great device, great price, not issues. However, very disappointed with the clear protection, it was contact paper and the glue was all over the device (screen, sides, back) after removing it. Please use normal protection clear tempered glass, or dont use any.

Good kids tablet , the only issue is that the charger port on tablet keeps breaking or becoming loose. so just be careful when charging or letting kids pull on the charger off.

bought this tablet and it just arrived. wont even power on. has a gaint scratch on the housing. wouldnt be a big deal if it worked the case would cover it. this was a gift for my daughter. im going to try and leave it on the charger for an hour before issuing a return but when i plugged it in no light or charging indicator appeared. think it is a dud. refurbished products are at least supposed to opperate and have functionality. this is a dud.

While this tablet looked promising, I cannot recommend the refurbished ONN. tablets. This one had a DOA touch screen. Thankfully, my local Walmart didn't hesitate to take it back the following day. I immediately bought a NIB ONN. 7" "SURF" tablet. Being as these were for my young son, I am very pleased with the performance of the NIB 7" tablet. While I won't discourage anyone from giving a refurb a try (been doing so for years and all refurb merch is a hit-or-miss), if it doesn't work, do yourself a favor and trade up to a NIB version. The NIB ONN. tablet is proving to be a very impressive budget tablet.

very upset and disappointed with product it was purchased as a gift for daughter for Christmas. after opening package Christmas Eve to charge it for Christmas Day remove protective film off the screen to apply a screen protector I purchased separately only to find a bunch of glue all over the screen that took over an hour to remove. went to charge it and the charger port is bad it only plugs in partially in the cord keeps falling out. and also every time you restart it it goes into recovery mode and the little Android symbol is on the screen and says no command. and conveniently they are out of stock. I highly recommend that nobody purchases than product

I would give that 0 Stars if I could. First for some unknown reason the shipment was delayed another 3 or 4 days. Then when it finally arrived it wouldn't boot up! I pressed the on button and all I got was initializing screen but that's it. The boot up sequence never happened .I tried fast boot up..... recovery boot.... nothing worked. So have to return this at the store. i mean, didn't anybody TEST this out before sending it out/ putting it up for sale?? Poor, poor job.

I ordered the 8" tablet. was sent the 10.1" tablet and the battery doesn't even last 2hrs. very disappointed. I would have sent this back but I ordered it in March for my son's birthday in June. So I put it up when it was delivered and didn't open until last week. and noticed it's the wrong size.
